Go to our Generator, select the QR code type (e.g., URL, Text, WiFi), fill in the required fields, and your QR code will be generated instantly on the right.
You can download your QR codes in PNG, SVG, JPEG, and WEBP formats. Use SVG for high-quality printing and PNG for most digital applications.
A static QR code has the data (like a website URL) directly embedded into it. This means the data cannot be changed once the QR code is created. All QR codes generated by Code2QR are static and permanent.
In the generator tool, look for the 'Logo' or 'Image' section in the customization panel. You can upload your own image file (like a PNG or JPG), and it will be placed in the center of your QR code.
Yes, it's generally safe. QR codes have built-in error correction, which allows them to be scanned even if a part is covered by a logo. However, an overly large logo can interfere with scanning. Our tool automatically sets the error correction level higher when you add a logo to improve reliability.
Yes! Under the 'Colors' tab, you can select a solid color or a gradient for the QR code's dots. You can also change the background color. Make sure there is enough contrast between the foreground (dots) and background for scannability. Dark dots on a light background work best.
Common scanning issues are caused by: 1) Low contrast between the QR code and its background. 2) The QR code being too small or blurry. 3) A very complex design or a large logo obstructing too much data. Try creating the code with a simpler design, higher contrast, and downloading it in a high-quality format like SVG or PNG.
No, you cannot edit the content of a static QR code after it has been created. The data is permanently encoded in the pattern. If your link is incorrect, you must create a new QR code with the correct information.
For web use, PNG is excellent. For printing, especially on large materials, SVG is the best choice because it can be scaled to any size without losing quality. JPEG is also a good option for digital use but may not be as sharp as PNG for intricate codes.
